Italiatartufi pure acacia honey with truffle is a sweet and smooth luxury honey that is an incredibly versatile product. An extraordinary product that combines the sweetness of acacia honey mixed together with the notes of fresh summer truffles.

The summer truffle has an unmistakable fragrance that is sweet and pleasant. It has a very delicate taste. It comes from the Marche region, near Urbino in Italy. The honey is a nice way to enjoy the aroma and the scent of the summer truffle in different preparations.

Once opened it needs to be refrigerated.

Ingredients:

Acacia honey 98%, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 1% and flavour.

Preparation and usage:

Perfect with mature, aged and even fresh cheeses. Excellent with salads, tropical fruits and almonds. It is great for preparing appetisers and desserts. An innovative way is to try them as a desert drizzled on to vanilla ice creams or fresh ricotta with pears.
