Felea infused organic extra virgin olive oil is the result of long standing research and effort from the producer to deliver exciting new combinations. This olive oil is obtained purely by mechanical and physical means and special care is taken to ensure that temperature and light does not alter its composition.
This olive oil is an infusion and not a blended oil. In order to do an infusion the oil has to be of excellent quality as you first taste the oil and then the infusion. It is a mild infusion that ensures that you still taste the goodness of the Cretan olive oil.
