Ingredients:
Durum wheat semolina, eggs 20%, water, white truffle 0.5% (Tuber Magnatum Pico), salt, flavouring.
Preparation and usage:
The Perfect pasta meal with the luxurious flavour of the white truffle. An innovative way is to pair with porcini mushroom sauce adding a sprinkling of fresh parmesan.
