Italiatartufi pure black truffle sauce is the classic Tartufata or condiment. The sauce combines the unmistakable fragrance of the finest summer truffles, Tuber Aestivum Vitt., with mushrooms, black olives and anchovies.
The summer truffle has an unmistakable fragrance that is sweet and pleasant. It has a very delicate taste. It comes from the Marche region, near Urbino in Italy.

Ingredients:
Mushroom champignons 58%, corn oil, summer truffles (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 5%, black olives, salt, anchovies, acidifying citric acid, sunflower oil, flavours, aromatic plants, stabilizer – ferrous gluconate.
Preparation and usage:
Ideal for cooking and seasoning dishes especially meat. Perfect for preparing a simple dish of spaghetti, passatelli or gnocchi. Exquisite as a sauce to accompany a fillet of beef or a Chianina steak. We recommend to be used with pizzas, homemade pasta or tortillas. Once opened needs to be refrigerated.
